They have solved all my problems and have helped me in everything

Just that the ac is centrally controlled and I don’t have access to it for my private temp

Andreja helped us fill out some forms regarding property so my wife could send them to her work and she could get a bonus.

The area is lovely! Battersea power station mall is 7 mins by walk as well as battersea underground station!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't spoken with the landlord but Anson, a person who helped me with everything from selecting the vest apartment to signing the document was amazing!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maintain group work extremely fast, you send a request, and they are in your apartment the same day!

Perfect location with easy access to most places in London, Canary Wharf is growing fast so it’s a great place to be

Croydon in general is not considered a pleasant city with not the best reputation. The area around No.26 is very different to this. With a number of nice grocery shops such as Amazon Fresh, Coop, Sainsbury’s and large Lidl just a 15 minute walk away and a number of gyms and restaurants around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only issue we have had over the years was the utility billing. A lot of people have been complaining about the bills only being estimated and therefore in some cases people have been overcharged or undercharged. The building management has recommended not to pay those bills until the situation gets resolved in order not to be charged extra.

Everything was pretty much clear prior to moving in.
