Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area around Fizzy E16 is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and incredibly convenient. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, CO-OP, Iceland, and Tian-Tian, all within a 5–10-minute walk. The variety and quality of local shops, cafes, and restaurants is excellent, with something for everyone. Open spaces, parks, and gyms are also close by, perfect for outdoor activities and fitness. Transport links are exceptional, with the tube station just minutes away and easy access to the Jubilee line, DLR, and buses, making travel simple and efficient. The street is peaceful and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections, a friendly atmosphere, and no issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Living here has been a very positive experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been excellent—very responsive, professional, and quick to resolve any issues we've raised. They communicate clearly and ensure everything is handled smoothly, making us feel well-supported and valued as tenants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing we wish we had known before moving in is just how helpful and supportive the Fizzy team—especially Samson Miranda—would be throughout the entire process. It made settling in so much easier. A tip for new neighbours: take full advantage of the co-working space and gym—they're great perks that really enhance your living experience. Also, get to know the community; it's a friendly and welcoming place to live.

Lovely and Peaceful Flat in a Prime Location

Damo (Tenant)

Verified Resident

The Brickyard, E6

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located on High Street North, this flat is perfectly situated with Lidl, Tesco, and all essential shops just a short walk away—super convenient for daily needs. The apartment itself is impressively calm and quiet, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Regular weekly cleaning and maintenance keep the place spotless and well looked after. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a serene living environment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been approachable and generally helpful, especially with routine matters like cleaning and upkeep, which are handled well. However, response times for certain maintenance issues could be improved, as they’re not always as prompt as expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there’s nothing major I wish I had known beforehand. Everything has been pretty comfortable so far, and the flat has met my expectations well.

This is the worst & most poorly run building we’ve ever lived in

Tobias (Tenant)

One Eighty Stratford High Street, E15

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to decent transport links, but does not have any pleasant cafes, restaurants or shops very nearby. Aside from that, there are not really any positives to living in the building. Rents go up on average by about £400 a month every year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They refuse to fix them due to unwillingness to pay out for repairs, upgrades etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poorly run the building is. It’s really bad and I feel quite guilty when I see new people moving in as you know they have no idea what they’ve just signed up for.
