Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around Granary Quay is peaceful, safe, and well-connected. There are Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, with more options easily accessible by public transport. Buses and nearby train stations make commuting simple and reliable. The street itself is quiet and well-maintained — there were no issues with noise or parking, and bin collections were always on time. It’s a calm, convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and efficient. Any issues I raised were handled quickly, with clear communication and follow-up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known earlier is just how supportive and attentive the on-site team would be — it would have made the decision to move in even easier! Also, the community is quieter and more peaceful than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. For new neighbours: don’t hesitate to reach out to Laurie — she’s incredibly helpful and makes settling in much smoother.

Unrivaled Luxury Accommodation

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My first experience of the Platform team, during my initial viewing experience with Amanda, ensured that I had the best treatment possible. This stellar team has pulled together a five star experience that has made it possible for me to realize that the top class’Rent Reimagined’ ethos is a really a dream come true. Felicia was the next person to show me that I was really home! She was just lovely with her welcoming me to my new apartment, even giving me some cutlery when I was waiting on my mountain of deliveries to come. Then there is the lovely Alyssa who pulled out all the stops to help me settle into a brand new life here. Building manager Duncan then became the next employee of distinction who took time out of his busy schedule to take me on a personal tour of my new apartment complex and even offered to give me a wristband to help me get into my new place. I’ve never had an apartment like this. It’s brand new, exceptionally clean and comfortable, as well as being and well maintained, it is like living in Barbie’s dream house! Thank you everyone, including the back office employees and onsite staff, who are undoubtedly beavering away behind the scenes to ensure residents have a fantastic experience at this truly amazing place in the heart of a city that lauds its people for making it! ! I’m so very grateful to everyone involved in Platform Glasgow for making it possible for me to be lucky enough to experience this simply out of this world adventure of a lifetime! Thank you all so very much! Ps. I’m so sorry about the mountain of packages you guys have been dealing with as I make it home!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I reported a small problem with my washing machine that came loose when I used it for the first time but it is not a big problem. I really don’t have anything to complain about because the staff has been very helpful and supportive of my needs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am so glad that I got the chance to meet so many amazing people in a community centric setting! First class accommodation!

Great experience at Granary Quay!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Granary Quay is in an excellent position. Close to the Centre and to the West End. The area provides everything necessary for everyday life, including two major shopping centres. For anything else, a short bus or metro ride (less than 20 mins in both cases) leads to all services someone might need. While being so much immersed in the city, the building is still quiet and protected from traffic and noise of the very close Dumbarton Rd. Sometimes, I have the impression of living outside the city and this is very relaxing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff is great! Every time I had a problem, they responded quickly and effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The availability of common areas adds a lot of value. The design of the apartments is great and it makes it possible to live comfortably in a small space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Leith walk is just a short walk away with any store you could ask from ranging from grocery shops to cafe!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues were looked at/resolved same day sometimes even the same hour!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the bedroom had a proper wardrobe as it’s quite hard to store clothes with that limited space

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Leith walk is just a short walk from the property, which has every shop one can imagine. On the other side, Lidl and Tesco in canon mills are also just a ten minute walk. I do wish that there were more convenient bus routes outside the building, but in terms of walking it’s amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever we have had an issue we have simply emailed management and they’ve gotten back to us incredibly fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen space can be quite small, but it is extremely worth it for how beautifully built it is.
