Milliners Yard is perfectly located. I dont drive so I really appreciate how city center is a stone's throw away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a faulty light when we moved in, they were prompt to fix things.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My only complaint - which is more like a small annoyance is how the furniture feet need a cap that distributes its weight more equally. These caps do come off a lot and furniture leaves marks on the floor.

There is a craft store very close by for all of my hobbying needs. I love the local food shops and grocery stores. Ethnic food is very easy to come by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A few things were not fully functional when I moved in, building management was prompt to sort everything for me!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rooftop is gorgeous and we have the best neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have local restaurants and coffee shops that are amazing and are a 5 minute walk to grocery stores. There are multiple bus stops near the building and the train station is a 8 minute walk. The university of Liverpool is also 8-10 minute walk from the building so if you plan on attending this would be a great apartment area for you. They also allow pets which has been amazing as I have 2 cats who have loved living here. We are next to a street but you don’t hear much noise unless your window is open but it’s an amazing area to be living at.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes whenever we have a question or need maintenance help they respond so quickly and get everything sorted effectively and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Ensure you understand how to set up amenities like electricity, water and internet as this is your responsibility but the staff here are so helpful if you are struggling or if it’s your first time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very central and very close to Lime Street train station. It is also very close to attractions such as several museums, libraries and shopping areas. Whilst we have private parking there is also public parking immediately next door. We have not personally had any issues with antisocial behaviour or traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team are excellent, very friendly and approachable and have dealt with any issues raised immediately.

Nothing! Everything is as expected and we are happy.

London Road area is a vibrant earthy area full of characters. It’s definitely improving thanks in part to the Milliners Yard development of mixed tenants rather than just students.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Wasn’t sure how the ventilation system worked but Kevin and Zoe gave great advice and helped me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Turn the water on the stopcock before trying to use the washing machine!!
