The building has improved, nice parking still, wastes are collected weekly, cleaners are now often, I now enjoy living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond pretty well, on time, they are proactive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I should have taken a package that included rent and a parking space.

I’ve been living at Capella Court for several months now and overall, it’s been a really good experience. I did encounter some issues with the communal areas early on, but once I reported them to the management agency, they were quick to respond and took the feedback seriously. In particular, they increased rubbish collections, which made a noticeable difference. It's reassuring to know that management are proactive and willing to listen. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to both Purley and Purley Oaks stations, making travel into central London quick and straightforward. There are plenty of local shops, gyms, and cafés nearby too, which is really convenient. Capella Court offers a great balance of comfort, practicality and community feel. It’s a modern and well-managed development that suits professional tenants well. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free place to live in South London.

The building management listens to feedback and responded effectively.

I just wish other tenants would treat the building with more respect.

Property is located on the main Brighton Road and used to have a very good management. The apartment itself used to be nice till the management stopped maintaining both the building and the common areas. This is coupled with the loud noise from other flats, which management does not care about. To say the least, I have had a very rough period here
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have been raising the same issues till now, with no one picking it up to resolve which has meant I have gone through the winter with a flat that leaks cold air and cold rain water

I wish I had known how unbothered the management Will be

the area was ok. the property was located between two train stations and it takes approx 10 min to get to the nearest one which is Purley Oaks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the prop man did respond quite timely but the quality of their contractors was subpar. seemingly the prop man was just hiring the cheapest but subpar contractors

the building was thoroughly renovated when i moved in

Calm and safety area, 10 min by walk to the huge Tesco store and 15 minutes to the train station. Free parking in front of the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time every single issue has been done on time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That it will be no possibility to clean windows cause they are above the road.
