Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a good mix of shops and places to eat, and most things you need are within walking distance. There are also a few green spaces nearby which are nice for getting some fresh air. Transport is one of the strong points—Stevenage station is close and makes commuting pretty easy. Buses run regularly too, although traffic can get a bit busy at certain times, especially near the retail parks. The street is generally fine. It can get a little noisy now and then, which is expected being close to the town centre, but nothing too disruptive. Parking is okay if you have a space, but it’s a bit limited for visitors. Bin collections are on schedule and haven’t caused any issues. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live with both positives and a few minor downsides, like most town centre locations.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been helpful and responsive. Any issues raised were dealt with in a reasonable time and communication was clear throughout.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking for visitors can be quite limited, especially during busy times. It’s worth checking what your options are in advance. Also, occasional noise from the town centre can be noticeable at times.

Central arra, with good connections to London, Luton airport and most of the neighbouring towns. The pedestrianised area makes it safer and easier to walk around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and with no bureaucracy. They sorted any problem within a short time.

Nothing important to consider at the moment. Overall, great experience.

Forge Yards in Stevenage is a well-designed development offering stylish, modern apartments with high-quality finishes and excellent amenities, including a landscaped roof terrace, secure parking, and a bike shed. The location is a major advantage, with easy access to shops, entertainment, and public transport.

They are always positive and quick to respond back.

the rand and quality of local shops are good and convenient parking is a bit problamatic , other than that everything is fine.

the problems have been responded but more or quicker feedback is expected.

i wish i knew about bills, one for heating water , one for general water and electricity its weird.
