Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Quiet area and transportation links are great. Unfortunately, there is only one restaurant, one coffee shop and one pub. There is potential for more but I believe that soon will be more shops opening. Since I move in 2022 few places open which means that in few years it get more things to attract. The opening of the nurseries last year was a great addition and it will bring more families to the development and therefore more business. Concierge is good. There are few playgrounds with limit options for kids under 2/3 years. Parking is a nightmare. If you invite friends here and manage to get a parking space in the visit area they only can stay for 4 hours maximum which is not ideal. Another thing is that you are not allowed to store your bike in the balcony because there is a bike store in the garage which is great. However, after almost two years my bike got stolen from the bike storage. Besides that it’s a great development to live in
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, with the app seems to get quicker response rather that emails
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parking availability will be nice to know in advance Also, if I knew I will sell my bike before get stolen in the bike store, as I was only using it during the summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The flats are pretty new, well insulated, and you have a great view of the river. If you're looking for peace and quiet, I think it's a great area as people probably wouldn't come to this area for entertainment. On the flip side, I find the area could be better maintained (sometimes parks are overgrown and trash everywhere). Also, I find transport a pain when the DLR is out of service.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If I go in person, they'll respond promptly but I find email exchange/phone calls to be the worst way to communicate.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had known that commuting is so difficult when the DLR is down. Otherwise, it's not a bad area - when the DLR is up and running, you can be in Liverpool Street in 30 minutes.

Good residential locality with great grocery shops. Residence is close to tube station and bus station which makes transportation easier.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been prompt and professional in responding to any issues I've raised. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general concern, they addressed it quickly and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their support has been reliable and efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how friendly and welcoming the community is here—it was a pleasant surprise! It would have made the decision to move in even easier. I also didn’t realize how convenient the location is for shops and public transport.
