Good residential locality with great grocery shops. Residence is close to tube station and bus station which makes transportation easier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been prompt and professional in responding to any issues I've raised. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general concern, they addressed it quickly and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their support has been reliable and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how friendly and welcoming the community is here—it was a pleasant surprise! It would have made the decision to move in even easier. I also didn’t realize how convenient the location is for shops and public transport.

Public transport is easily accessible, restaurants are nearby, multiple grocery stores, pharmacy nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional when addressing any issues raised.

understanding how limited guest parking is would have been useful in planning visits.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent property with all amenities near by including the tube station to grocery stores like Morrisons and Lidl. The building is well equipped with a gym a co-working space and furnished apartments. Area is usually busy and currently there are road works going on but no other negative aspect that I can think of.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very prompt, Angela in reception is particularly helpful. I haven’t had any issues that I have had to report yet but the neighbours have all had the issues sorted very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a good neighbourhood, there have been an incident or two but things are slowly changing. As per the apartment building all neighbours are well educated and professionals living in harmony and make each other feel comfortable, and are very helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fortune docks in Canning Town is incredibly convenient to live in. It’s very close to the tube station, making commuting quick and easy. The area has everything one could need within walking distance—multiple supermarkets, Superdrug, hairdressers, nail salons, dentists, skin specialists, and more. It really feels like everything is right at your doorstep. However, the downside is the constant construction. There is always some sort of building work happening nearby, and that brings a lot of noise and frequent roadblocks which can be frustrating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, but sometimes it can be quite slow to get someone to come look at it

That there would be constant construction happening

There’s good variety of local shops and restaurants around the area, the proximity to grocery stores like Lidl, Morrisons, Tian Tian (Chinese grocery mart) is welcomed. Close proximity to Canning Town station which is well connected on the jubilee line and DLR. There’s also bus routes that serves the area well. There’s currently construction happening around the area which makes it difficult to move in and there’s constructions happening on the streets as well which makes it difficult to get around at times.

Building management issues are dealt with on time and promptly

The construction is still happening 6 months into moving in, I hope there provided a clear timeline on when the construction will be done, as noise could be heard when the windows are open
