Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ebb&Flow has been a fantastic place to live. The building is always clean and secure, and the location couldn’t be better close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the train station, which makes commuting to London so easy. A huge thank you to Yousra, the leasing agent, who was amazing from the start and made the whole moving process simple and stress-free. I’d highly recommend Ebb&Flow to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management responds fast to issues Yousra especially helpful and professional. Problems get fixed promptly with good follow-up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Attend the community events they’re the perfect way to settle in! Otherwise, everything’s been as promised. A great place to live.

Perfect place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wellesbourne is located in the heart of Brighton, local shops just minutes away on foot the Brighton seafront and The Lanes just 15-20 minutes away on foot. There is a bus stop right outside which will take you anywhere you need to in the city. With a little one having Preston Park right opposite is perfect for the warmer days.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had no real issues so far but have been made aware if ever I need assistance then I can request through the app.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The signal in the building isn’t great, however there is WiFi in the reception area and WiFi is included in rent. I would just suggest setting your apartment WiFi up soon as you’re able to as it can take a little time.

I have been living at Ebb and Flow for a bit over a year — it's been such a comfortable and positive experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've personally enjoyed living in the area because of its convenience — it's really close to the station and the town centre, which makes getting around and accessing shops, restaurants, and other amenities super easy. However, one downside is that it tends to get quite busy on weekends, especially at night. You often come across large groups of drunk people coming out of clubs, which can make the atmosphere feel a bit rowdy and less comfortable at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded quickly and efficiently. They’re always approachable, and they make sure to keep me updated throughout the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how lively the area can get on weekends, especially late at night. The noise from people leaving clubs can be a bit disruptive. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it would’ve been helpful to be more prepared for that aspect of the location.

We love living at Wellesbourne!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We moved into our two-bedroom apartment at Wellesbourne on Preston Road a few weeks ago, and we’re absolutely loving it. The amenities are stunning—everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful since day one, which made settling in so easy. The views over Preston Park are beautiful, and there’s always something to do in the area—whether it’s a walk in the park, grabbing a coffee nearby, or exploring Brighton. One of our favourite things has been the social area downstairs—it’s a great space to relax or work from, and the resident socials that are organised really help you feel part of a community. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every efficient. I was able to contact the front office and maintenance via the Hestia app

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I’m really looking forward to is the possibility of there being a shop/cafe or gym on the ground floor of the building.
