Incredibly well situated, trains to London in 25 minutes, bus to Heathrow in 35 minutes. Excellent shopping, restaurants, cinema and theatre in the doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been dealt with promptly and cheerfully.

The coworking space is much more valuable than I thought it would be.

I'm still new to Woking but I really like it so far. I appreciate the direct train to London Waterloo that is convenient to my commute to work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded to my maintenance request promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just a small suggestion (probably it's just me). It would be great if the hob menu includes the size of the hobs so the tenant can buy cooking equipment online that fits for the size of the hobs in advance.

Woking is a great place to live. Easy fast access to London, airports and motorways and a great range of restaurants.

Yes / immediately. All issues have been raised as service tickets and responded to super quickly

Central location for me to work. Unfortunately victoria way was.close half the time due to the hilton panels

Ryan from maintenance was brilliant. He was so quick to respond and really helped us Bilal was also very helpful

The Marches is in the heart of Woking and as a result everywhere is incredibly accessible - including the train station which is one 2 minutes walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent concierge service. The repairs have sometimes taken a while to get back to me but on the most, very good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a real sense of community here, particularly the Saturday wellness workshops I’ve experienced.
