Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street is very safe and lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby especially being near to Hammersmith, chiswick and shepherds bush. There is also a nice park nearby which is nice to walk around. The safety of the area is good too. I just feel there are often dog poops but these tend to be managed well and cleaned up shortly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. We haven't lived here much though but we felt concerns were addressed well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The water pressure. It seems like something affecting the whole hamlet court building. We believe it could have been improved. Hopefully, something is done to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good includes Ravenscourt Park, close to shops and independent cafes. Bad aspects include the post service mixing up the buildings and flats on the street on a daily basis.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Relatively quickly and solutions usually found, overall good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Receiving post is an issue and sometimes it’s hard to get hold of the property management team over email.
