Diversr area. The area surrounding the building is clean and nice. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone joining

Problems have been managed rather quickly so pleased

Before i moved in i would have looked at more apartments in the buiilding

Very central and close to major transport (bus, trains). Can get busy outside though during peak communiting hours. A small selection of shops around its vicinity, but it not too far from others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and professionally. Had some issues within the flat that they prioritized to resolve. Though it took time, you can see the effort to fix it as soon as possible

Real council tax banding wasn't available beforehand.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a lovely place to live, good neighbours. In the heart of Birmingham with good transport links. Quite safe but have been occasions when some teenage kids have broken in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They acknowledge the problem immediately and have a set of procedures to follow so might not get a solution immediately but they will solve the problem.

I wished I had taken a flat at a much higher floor to enjoy the view.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and eateries. However, there are no visitor parking spaces available. The area is close to a university, so there is a high volume of foot traffic at most times. Due to the nearby bus stop and ongoing HS2 construction, noise levels can be quite high and the air quality is not ideal. While transport links are generally convenient, the construction work has caused some disruption. Overall, the area is lively and well-connected, but the downsides include limited parking, construction noise, and occasional congestion.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, there has been no response or proposed solution from the building management regarding the issues raised. I hope they will consider adjusting the rent to better reflect the overall rental value and condition of the property.

Before moving in, there was no information provided about the council tax. After moving in, I had to wait for the council’s response and was surprised by the unexpectedly high council tax band. I wish this had been clearly communicated in advance.

The silver yard is quite a good place to love in. Its location is quite accessible to everything. They have all the amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The bills are quite high. Windows are small could have been a bit bigger

The communal area is cleaned everyday which is quite good
