AVOID AT ALL COSTS If you’re considering renting here, save yourself the headache. The building is advertised as “modern luxury” — the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. Here’s what your extortionate rent actually gets you: • Appliances that are over 13 years old and barely functioning. • A bath / shower thst can’t even drain properly.. management are aware of this building wide problem. But refuse to invest the money to fix it. • Heating and hot water that cut out at least twice a month for 24 hours or more, like clockwork. • A video intercom system that’s been broken for over a year — management simply refuses to fix it. • Soundproofing that is basically non-existent. You’ll hear everything your neighbours do, day and night, with no escape from the constant noise. • Parcels are automatically dumped with the concierge, left completely unattended for anyone to steal. Management forces you to sign away all rights, taking zero responsibility if your items go missing — including valuable deliveries like passports, phones, or laptops. • Your flat isn’t even your own. Contractors are given keys and allowed to let themselves in without warning. Privacy? Forget it. This place is an overpriced joke — a shameless cash grab run by a management company that shows zero regard for the basics of maintenance, safety, or tenant wellbeing. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like a bank account with legs. The only thing ‘luxury’ here is the landlord’s bank account.

Flat in good condition and area very friendly for professionals. Building management is very poor. Never things done on time. Sleeping staff on night shifts (new night staff). Intercom and hot water issues are regular and causes many inconvenience. Dan from management very unpleasant and fake. Company treats tenants just like a source of money with every year ridiculous rent increases without putting any effort to provide secured place for us. Every year we are just terrified when waiting for contract renewal price.

Lifts broke frequently. Regular hot water outages that took over a year to resolve. Repairs were poor quality, maintenance team did not seem well trained. Concierge were friendly. No real extra facilities to speak of. Repairs to cladding loud and disruptive.

Living at One Eighty in Stratford, London has been a fantastic experience. Facilities are excellent with a great gym, and the building management is efficient and responsive. The property management team is professional and always helpful. At this point I'm on first name terms with the concierge team and stop most days for a chat when coming home from work.

The design is fine, but during warm weather it gets really hot because of how the glass windows are constructed. The facilities management interactions I have had were not the most positive and it was difficult to get and answer, but it has been a while since I last spoke with them.
