The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

The location of the property is very convenient, very close to the train station, the airport bus is also nearby, there are restaurants of various tastes nearby, several supermarkets, convenience stores, bookstores, and libraries are also close, which is very convenient for daily life and can save time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They received us warmly, listened carefully, and solved the problem quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I was worried about safety and delivery issues. After moving in, I found it very safe, quiet and convenient for receiving goods.

Great location with many transport options. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to choose. A friendly neighbourhood that’s pleasant to live in.

Very close to High Street, easy access to a variety of shops, including supermarkets, telecom & banks. Park & library is within walking distance. Great place for kids.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Paul is definitely an asset from the maintenance team. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and very good at his work. It’s a pleasure to have him helping us!

There’s a separate energy supplier/billing specifically for hot water.

train station right at the doorstep, high street is 5 minutes away with all the supermarkets, eateries and amenities you may need.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Jasmine has been super helpful and pleasant to talk with. Prompt replies and all the back-and-forth are clear and sincere. Very responsible and caring. Thumbs up!

with the railway track being so close, does take a bit of time getting used to the train noises especially in early mornings at 6am...
